Immigration Expert

"This position is based in our UAE office; however, the initial hiring will be done through our Kochi office. Selected candidates will undergo a 2-month probation period in Kochi. Upon successful completion, they will be relocated to the UAE to continue their role."

• Candidate must have prior experience in Canada and Australian PR and also must know PNP, RNIP, AIP.
• Provide accurate and professional counselling for PR & Migration programs and Visit Visa processes.
• Explain visa procedures, eligibility criteria, and document requirements clearly to clients.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, ensuring exceptional customer experience.
• Understand client profiles and match them with suitable immigration or career pathways.
• Make daily outbound calls to potential clients and schedule appointments for follow-ups.
• Stay updated on current immigration laws, policies, and procedures of various countries.
• Maintain systematic client records and ensure timely follow-ups on leads and applications.
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to the overall growth of the immigration division.
• Support team members and carry out additional duties as assigned by superiors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
