As an Immigration Case Manager, you will be responsible for interacting with clients through phone calls and emails, examining their profiles, and providing appropriate solutions based on their profiles. You will be filing various types of applications for Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, and Germany including PR, PNP, tourist/super visa, and spouse visas. Your role will involve assisting clients with completing paperwork accurately and submitting it on time. It is essential to stay up-to-date with immigration regulations, conduct research on policies and programs, draft submission letters, review documents for accuracy, and track application statuses to keep clients informed. Your qualifications for this role include a minimum of 3 years of experience as a case manager, experience in developing treatment plans with clients, a strong understanding of relevant legislation, a background in the immigration industry, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, the company offers full-time and permanent job types. The preferred experience level for this position is a total of 1 year of work. Please note that the work location for this position is in person.
