Job Role: Support Engineer for QM & PM SAP Modules

Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Onsite

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Responsibilities and Duties

· Provide first-level support for SAP QM and PM modules.

· Address day-to-day issues encountered by users with SAP QM and PM modules.

· Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues or escalate more complex problems to higher levels of support.

· Assist with basic SAP configuration tasks in QM & PM modules.

· Ensure accurate and timely documentation of issues and solutions.

· Adhere to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) of the ticketing system, ensuring prompt and efficient handling of support tickets.

· Collaborate with end-users to understand and resolve their SAP-related queries.

· Participate actively in training sessions and stay updated with SAP S4Hana advancements and best practices.

· Work under supervision and adhere to company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

· SAP S4Hana 2020 or newer certification.

· Basic knowledge of SAP configuration in QM and PM modules.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

· 01- 02 years' experience in a related role.

· Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and Process.
