Role & responsibilities Coordination with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with hiring managers or stakeholders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and desired candidate profiles. Job Posting & Sourcing: Create and post job descriptions on various platforms (job boards, social media, company website) and proactively source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment agencies. Screening & Interviews: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and coordinate interviews. Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Interview Feedback & Follow-Up: Follow up with hiring managers for feedback after interviews and provide updates to candidates, ensuring a smooth process. Offer Management: Extend job offers to be selected candidates and assist with salary negotiations. Recruitment Metrics: Track key metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate pipeline) and report regularly to HR leadership. Preferred candidate profile Education: A Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources. Experience: 1 year of recruitment experience, with a strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment would be preferred Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office, HR software, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Attention to detail, particularly in handling new employee data and payroll information.
