Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives
• Guide the team to meet sales targets and business objectives
• Identify potential markets and generate leads
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Monitor team performance and provide timely feedback

Key Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory/12the pass can also apply.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or team handling roles
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Local candidate preffered.
