Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Sales Executive to generate leads, engage with potential customers, and close property sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate sales processes and excellent interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and marketing activities.
Meet and interact with prospective clients to understand their requirements.
Conduct site visits, explain project details, and address customer queries.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales in line with company policies.
Maintain regular follow-up with leads to ensure conversions.
Update and manage the client database in CRM systems.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and events.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong sales aptitude with a target-driven approach.
Good knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market.
Customer-focused with a professional and approachable demeanor.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software is an advantage

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales or related sector.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
