Job Title: Immediate Hiring - Desktop Support Engineer Location: Bangalore Compensation : 18,000- 25,000 Employment Type: Full-Time – Onsite Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Desktop Support Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to provide day-to-day technical support to our office users. The role involves installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT devices, ensuring smooth IT operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues , including OS, applications, and network connectivity. Install and configure operating systems (Windows/Linux) and software as per company standards. Manage and maintain user accounts , email configuration, and system access. Perform regular system updates , antivirus checks, and basic network support. Coordinate with vendors for warranty/AMC-related issues and hardware replacements. Maintain inventory of IT assets and documentation of support activities. Assist in setting up projectors, video conferencing, and other IT equipment during meetings/events. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 , MS Office, and basic networking. Experience with Active Directory , antivirus, and remote desktop tools. Good understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi , and basic firewall/router support. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to handle tasks independently and prioritize issues. Qualifications: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in desktop or IT support roles.
