About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Retouch

  product photographs

  and

  model photographs

  for commercial use
• Perform accurate

  white balance correction

• Remove and replace backgrounds

  using clean masking techniques

• Remove dust, scratches, stains, and unwanted elements

• Adjust

  color, hue, brightness, contrast, and tonal balance

• Execute professional

  skin retouching

  while maintaining natural textures
• Handle

  garment retouching

  (crease removal, color correction, fabric detailing)

• Remove reflections

  from glass, glossy, and reflective surfaces
• Maintain visual consistency across multiple image sets
• Deliver high-quality output within defined timelines

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong command over

  Adobe Photoshop

• Solid understanding of

  non-destructive editing workflows

• Practical knowledge of

  AI tools in Photoshop

  (Generative Fill, AI masking, Remove Tool, etc.)
• Good understanding of

  color theory, lighting, and visual aesthetics

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
