This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on product and model photography and takes pride in delivering clean, polished, and visually impactful images. Key Responsibilities Retouch product photographs and model photographs for commercial use Perform accurate white balance correction Remove and replace backgrounds using clean masking techniques Remove dust, scratches, stains, and unwanted elements Adjust color, hue, brightness, contrast, and tonal balance Execute professional skin retouching while maintaining natural textures Handle garment retouching (crease removal, color correction, fabric detailing) Remove reflections from glass, glossy, and reflective surfaces Maintain visual consistency across multiple image sets Deliver high-quality output within defined timelines Required Skills & Knowledge Strong command over Adobe Photoshop Solid understanding of non-destructive editing workflows Practical knowledge of AI tools in Photoshop (Generative Fill, AI masking, Remove Tool, etc.) Good understanding of color theory, lighting, and visual aesthetics Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Application Process Share your past work (portfolio or samples of retouched images) Short assignment: Selected candidates will be given 3 images to edit You are allowed to add your watermark on the edited images In-office interview at our Bhandup West studio Final selection Why Join Green Blaze Work on e-commerce, advertising, and brand-focused projects Creative studio environment with photography and videography under one roof Exposure to modern retouching workflows and AI-powered tools Growth-oriented role for serious and passionate retouchers.
