Job Description

Key Responsibilities Perform high-end retouching of product and model images from campaign and ecommerce shoots. Ensure consistency in color correction, lighting enhancement, and overall image tonality to maintain the Miraggio brand style. Remove imperfections, clean up backgrounds, and refine shadows while keeping a natural and premium finish. Work on model images with attention to skin retouching, blemish removal, tone balancing, and maintaining natural textures. Ensure all final assets meet platform-specific standards (Amazon, Myntra, Website, etc.) and are web-optimized without compromising quality. Collaborate closely with the design, marketing, and photography teams to understand creative direction and deliver timely edits. Maintain an organized file system for image versions, backups, and layered files (PSD). Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and tools in photo editing and fashion retouching. Manage tight deadlines during product launches, campaign shoots, or sale periods without compromising attention to detail. Required Skills & Experience 1–3 years of professional experience in photo retouching/editing, preferably in the fashion, lifestyle space. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom; familiarity with Capture One is a plus. Strong understanding of color grading, lighting, and photo aesthetics. Experience working with both product flat lays and on-model imagery. Attention to detail with a creative eye and a consistent editing style. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
