As an Image Retoucher at Palmonas, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality and consistency of product and campaign imagery for our modern demi-fine jewellery brand. **Key Responsibilities:** - Retouch, color-correct, and enhance jewellery product images while maintaining true product features such as metal finish, stone color, and textures. - Clean up imperfections, adjust lighting, remove dust/scratches, and ensure accurate reflections and highlights. - Retouch model and lifestyle images to achieve natural-looking skin tones and consistent backgrounds. - Prepare and export images in required formats for website, marketplace listings, social media, and other marketing assets. - Maintain consistency in styling, shadows, cropping, and overall visual identity across all imagery. - Collaborate with the photography team to enhance raw image quality and visual concepts. - Organize and manage the retouching pipeline to ensure timely delivery of assets. - Adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to the development of retouching standards. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience as an Image Retoucher, preferably in fashion/jewellery/e-commerce. - Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and related editing tools. - Excellent understanding of color correction, skin retouching, background cleanup, and high-end product editing. - A keen eye for detail, composition, and brand aesthetics. - Ability to work efficiently with high-volume image sets and meet tight deadlines. - Familiarity with file formats, resolution standards, and image optimization for web & social. - Portfolio showcasing retouching skills, with a focus on jewellery retouching preferred.
