Your work will play a key role in enhancing user experiences, communicating ideas clearly and adding a unique artistic touch to our designs.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, enjoys experimenting with visual concepts, and has a strong eye for detail.Your Purpose to the Team:As an Illustrator & Motion Designer, youll be the creative force behind our visual storytellingBridge the gap between static design and immersive, animated experiences, enhancing user engagement across digital platformsWork closely with designers and clients to translate ideas into visually compelling narratives that resonate with audiencesWhat Youll Own & Drive:Create custom 2D & 3D illustrations, icons, motion graphics that align with brand identities, digital products and marketing campaignsUse visual elements to tell stories effectively, enhancing user engagement and emotional connectionEnsure the designs maintain high visual standards, consistency and attention to detailApply storytelling techniques to create visually captivating contentKeep up with the latest design trends, tools and motion graphics techniques to bring fresh ideas to the tableWhat Were Looking For:2+ years in illustration and motion design, with a diverse portfolio showcasing a mix of illustration styles & motion graphics, demonstrating creativity, storytelling and technical proficiencyStrong conceptual and problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the boxExceptional eye for detail, ensuring every design element aligns with project goals and brand identityExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teamsAbility to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines & adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentDegree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant qualificationStrong expertise in Adobe illustrator, Figma, After effects etc.Great drawing skills both digitally and otherwise
