IFS PSO Specialist

Must Have Skills

• Hands-on experience in IFS FSM Utilities space
• Strong Project Implementation experience
• Expertise in IFS PSO module
• Ability to support the product and perform Root Cause Analysis

Good to Have

• Exposure to other IFS modules
• Strong problem-solving & analytical mindset

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for IFS PSO product, analyzing issues/tickets raised
• Perform root cause analysis and ensure timely resolutions
• Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
• Deliver quality outputs that meet stakeholder expectations
• Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams in USI and US offices
• Build and nurture stakeholder relationships to ensure effective service delivery
• Take ownership of additional duties as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
