Job Responsibility IFS Practice Head / Delivery Head:

Designation: IFS Practice Head / Delivery Head

Experience: 15+ Yrs.

Location: Chennai

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with departmental heads to make sure that the scope and direction of ProV is as per Vision
• Practice-wise Annual budget plan by working closely with Finance Manager.
• Produce business performance reports for the Delivery, which could be monthly.
• Oversee Recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, mentoring, and training. Guide HR team on people related, legal issues and on employee policies.

JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a good expertise with IFS as a delivery / project lead.
• Must have handled various projects related to multiple domains.
• Leadership Skills: You will have to keep your employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions for your employees.
• Time Management: You will be working with employees, customers, and management, often wearing multiple hats at once.
• Customer Engagement: Play the role of Engagement Manager for multiple accounts, engage customer directly and be the go-to person for all issues and concerns.
• Analytical Skills: You will also need analytical skills to be able to solve problems that may come up during a typical workday. You will be analysing data and making decisions that affect the project on a regular basis.
• Prepare, review, and manage, own proposals, SOWs, contracts.
• Contribute towards Pre-Sales Activities from time to time.
• Have extensive experience Delivery Management (Service Desk, Application Support, and /or Application Development & Maintenance)
• Bringing Processes and Quality Assurance in Delivering Projects. Monitoring and Managing Operational effectiveness of the Delivery Organization
• Responsible for building product platform for global audit and assurance with the effective delivery excellence

Oversee and guide ISMS and ISO 27001 process implementation and audits. Ensure compliance.
