Role Overview: As an IFS Cloud professional, your role is crucial in implementing, supporting, and optimizing IFS Cloud solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and configure IFS Cloud solutions based on client requirements - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IFS Cloud applications - Conduct business process analysis to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with project teams to develop and deliver training programs for end-users - Prospect and analyze data to derive insights for optimization strategies - Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively - Develop and maintain documentation for process and system operations - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives - Manage and participate in system upgrades and migrations - Engage with customers to gather feedback and enhance user experience - Facilitate workshops to gather and analyze business requirements - Support change management initiatives related to IFS Cloud implementation - Work closely with technology teams for system integration and alignment - Stay updated with the latest IFS Cloud features and best practices - Assist in the development of custom reports and analytics tools Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience with IFS Cloud applications - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies - Proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum) - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience in business process analysis and improvement - Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively - Experience in conducting user training and support - Familiarity with system integration practices - Knowledge of customer engagement and relationship management - Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies are a plus - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Willingness to travel for project implementations and client engagements - Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset,
