Job Description

Role Overview: As an IFS Cloud professional, your role is crucial in implementing, supporting, and optimizing IFS Cloud solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with cross-functional departments, analyzing requirements, developing solutions, and providing ongoing support to ensure clients leverage the full potential of IFS applications. Your mix of technical expertise and business acumen will be instrumental in driving digital transformation initiatives and maintaining client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and configure IFS Cloud solutions based on client requirements - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IFS Cloud applications - Conduct business process analysis to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with project teams to develop and deliver training programs for end-users - Prospect and analyze data to derive insights for optimization strategies - Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively - Develop and maintain documentation for process and system operations - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives - Manage and participate in system upgrades and migrations - Engage with customers to gather feedback and enhance user experience - Facilitate workshops to gather and analyze business requirements - Support change management initiatives related to IFS Cloud implementation - Work closely with technology teams for system integration and alignment - Stay updated with the latest IFS Cloud features and best practices - Assist in the development of custom reports and analytics tools Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience with IFS Cloud applications - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies - Proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum) - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience in business process analysis and improvement - Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively - Experience in conducting user training and support - Familiarity with system integration practices - Knowledge of customer engagement and relationship management - Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies are a plus - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Willingness to travel for project implementations and client engagements - Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset,
