Develop an organic search engine optimization strategy based on client goals and objectives, defining keywords and priority content, and ensuring web/mobile content meets marketing needs.

What are we looking for? Develop and implement SEO best practices, including technical, on-page, and off-page optimization to enhance organic search rankings and website traffic Analyze SEO metrics (rankings, traffic, CTR) and CRM data (customer interactions, conversions, engagement) using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and CRM dashboards Conduct keyword research, metadata optimization, and content strategy development to align with search intent and improve visibility Work closely with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to integrate SEO and CRM strategies for a unified customer acquisition and retention approach Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, evolving SEO trends, GDPR/CCPA regulations, and industry best practices to ensure continued business growth and compliance Experience in data warehousing techniques like snowflake, GCP, Databricks, SQL Industry Experience Beauty, CPG, Retail Python

Roles and Responsibilities: Understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals Able to do keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO improvements, and performance reporting to enhance organic search visibility Prepare actionable insights from SEO tools In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems Your day-to-day interactions are with peers within Accenture You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team
