Z1 Study Abroad is a fast-growing overseas education consultancy based in Chennai, dedicated to guiding students toward global opportunities. We're currently expanding our academic wing and looking for a passionate and result-driven IELTS Trainer to empower students in achieving their target band scores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective training for IELTS Academic and General modules — Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
• Customize lesson plans and strategies based on individual student needs and band goals.
• Conduct diagnostic tests, regular assessments, and provide personalized feedback.
• Organize mock exams and track progress to ensure exam readiness.
• Create and maintain student reports and class records.
• Stay updated with the latest IELTS formats and scoring trends.
• Motivate and mentor students to reach their full potential.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree; certification in TESOL/TEFL is a plus.
• IELTS Band Score of 7.5+ preferred.
• Prior teaching or training experience in IELTS/English preferred.
• Confident, patient, and student-friendly approach.
• Proficiency in using online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
