IELTS Trainer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced IELTS Trainer to help students prepare for the IELTS exam (Academic and/or General Training). The ideal candidate will have strong English language skills, familiarity with the IELTS exam format, and a passion for teaching. You will be responsible for planning lessons, assessing student progress, and delivering engaging and effective IELTS training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct IELTS classes for Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules.
• Provide training based on the latest IELTS exam pattern and standards.
• Create customized lesson plans and course materials.
• Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct mock tests and practice sessions to evaluate students’ readiness.
• Help students improve their test-taking strategies and time management skills.
• Maintain records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
• Stay updated with IELTS changes and trends.
• Assist with administrative tasks and student counseling when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Certification in IELTS training (e.g., British Council, IDP, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus.
• Minimum [1-3] years of experience teaching IELTS or English language.
• Excellent command of the English language (C1 or above).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and guide students of various proficiency levels.
• Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms (for remote positions).

• Experience with test preparation strategies.
• Ability to handle both one-on-one and group sessions.
• Creative and adaptive teaching style.
• Patience and empathy when working with learners.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday, flexible hours (Depends upon the business requirement)
