Duties and responsibilities of an IELTS Faculty

Primary Responsibilities

1. Teaching and Instruction: Deliver high-quality instruction and teaching in IELTS preparation courses, focusing on listening, reading, writing, and speaking skills.

2. Course Development: Develop and update IELTS course materials, including lesson plans, assessments, and evaluations.

3. Student Assessment: Assess student progress, provide feedback, and evaluate student performance in IELTS preparation courses.

4. Class Management: Manage classroom dynamics, ensure student engagement, and maintain a productive learning environment.

Secondary Responsibilities

1. Student Support: Provide individualized support to students, including guidance on study skills, test strategies, and language development.

2. Materials Development: Develop and adapt teaching materials, including worksheets, quizzes, and assessments, to meet the needs of students.

3. Collaboration with Colleagues: Collaborate with other faculty members to share best practices, develop curriculum, and ensure consistency in teaching and assessment.

4. Staying Current with IELTS Format and Content: Stay up-to-date with changes to the IELTS test format, content, and assessment criteria.

Skills and Qualities

1. Teaching and Instructional Skills: Strong teaching and instructional skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.

2. Knowledge of IELTS Test Format and Content: In-depth knowledge of the IELTS test format, content, and assessment criteria.

3. Assessment and Evaluation Skills: Ability to assess and evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and track student progress.

4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Additional Responsibilities

1. Student Progress Tracking: Track student progress, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to support student success.

2. Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and review of IELTS curriculum, ensuring alignment with test format and content.

3. Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development, including training and workshops, to stay current with best practices in teaching and assessment.

4. Student Feedback and Evaluation: Collect and act on student feedback, using it to inform teaching practices and improve student outcomes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
