Identity & Access Management Engineering L3 Lead

As an IAM Engineering L3 Lead at Barclays, you will play a crucial role in effectively monitoring and maintaining the bank's critical technology infrastructure while resolving complex technical issues to minimize disruptions to operations. Your responsibilities will include working closely with offshore teams to develop and support IAM solutions, engaging in technical discussions for the design and implementation of IAM Toolsets, and identifying and addressing issues to optimize the roll-out of the IAM Solution. To excel in this role, you should have in-depth experience with Oracle Database, SQL Server, ETL Tools (specifically Pentaho), as well as proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and database optimization techniques. Additional skills in Java, LAM controls, excellent communication, analytical and numeric abilities, problem-solving skills, and time management will be highly valued. Your primary purpose will be to design, develop, and enhance software using various engineering methodologies to provide business, platform, and technology capabilities for customers and colleagues. You will be accountable for developing high-quality software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing, staying updated on industry trends, adhering to secure coding practices, and implementing effective unit testing.
