Icubation Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Incubation Manager to lead our startup incubation program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of our incubator, supporting early-stage startups, building strategic partnerships, and creating a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem. This role is perfect for someone passionate about innovation, startup growth, and community development. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the incubator and ensure smooth execution of programs and activities. Scout, evaluate, and onboard high-potential startups into the incubation program. Provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and business support to incubated startups. Plan and execute workshops, pitch days, demo days, and training sessions. Build and maintain relationships with mentors, investors, industry experts, and other ecosystem partners. Monitor and assess the performance of startups using key metrics and KPIs. Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to promote the program and its success stories. Source funding and grant opportunities for startups and the incubator itself. Prepare regular reports and updates for stakeholders, sponsors, and management.
