Job Title: ICU Staff nurse or Critical Care Nurse

Salary: ₹12,000 per month

Duty Hours: 12 Hours

Job Description:
We are seeking a Critical Care Nurse to join our healthcare team. The candidate should be compassionate, attentive, and capable of providing specialized care to critically ill patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU/critical care unit.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage medical equipment.
• Assist doctors during procedures and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
• Educate and support patients’ families regarding care and treatment plans.
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and infection control measures.

Key Requirements:

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualification with valid registration.
• Prior experience in ICU or critical care preferred.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with strong clinical judgment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
