As a Securities & Derivatives Rep 5 at Citi, your role involves processing orders and transactions from trading desks and branch offices in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. Your main objective is to assist in the clearance, settlement, and investigation of client securities and derivatives transactions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support Client Account Services activities for backend Operations, including account onboarding and maintenance - Work with client account data, leading a team across account data creation and management - Execute work with a sense of urgency, attention to details, and drive for results - Collaborate effectively with colleagues and be responsive and accessible to clients - Analyze data using data analysis tools to implement process improvements in securities and derivatives settlement processes - Complete operational tasks, analyses, and report preparation focused on administering defined procedures - Identify policy gaps and propose efforts to streamline settlement processes - Monitor, analyze, and evaluate processes and data to ensure accuracy and quality of completed tasks **Qualifications:** - 2-4 years of relevant experience - Fundamental knowledge of securities/derivatives activities, policies, procedures, and concepts - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills **Education:** - Bachelors Degree This job description provides an overview of the work performed, and additional duties may be assigned as required.
