My husband fell sick during our visit to Singapore in February last year, and we had to go to an emergency room. We filed the medical expenses claim after return. ICICI Lombard reimbursed the required amount without any hassles. We are going for a trip again this year and already bought international travel insurance from Lombard.

Worst experience.... service is not good..These people have a special team to reject claims whenever the claim amount is higher this company will never stand by your side in fact this team has verious reason to reject.

Very Poor customer support, They don't even know the insurance surveyor number. No one takes the responsibility once claim opened and never arrange a call back.

3 rd class experience. They don’t rec your call when it emergency. They have special teams for reject your insurance.

Have to wait for 15 long days to get my insurance claimed and for the liability as well ... Plus the agent rejected my claim without a valid reason .... Not answering to phone calls as well....pathetic service
