Worst service, don't know what kind of service quality values they have. I have raised multiple times about my concern with customer care, but there was no proper response, only do the bypassing & give false assurance. I recommend others not to go with ICICI & willing to close all account related to ICICI.

The insurance coverage is good. It has affordable premium too. I went to Gachibowli branch in Hyderabad for inquiry of personal accident insurance policy. The staff are very friendly and give detailed information about the plan.

My claim rejected with false assumption as NonDisclosure without any document proof. Where as for same claim other new one year old insurer paid 70% of money already. But 3 year old ICICILombard rejecting. They took 30k for policy and cancelled entire policy because on non disclosure. No more ICICI products for this life.
