Worst service by ICICI Lombard for my car and customer care also worst. I never recommend to anyone. I suggest every one never go with ICICI lomabard service, they will manipulate you and will make you fool.

I got an accident with my scooty and i have no injury, and they gave excuse that if you had an accident why are you alive, as the condition of scooty was very worst.please don't take insurance from this company they are really tortured me a lot.and not giving claim.

Limited digonistic center list for yearly health checkup, only on-call you have to book the appointment and test list is fixed.

Time waste to go there useless service staff also not corporative. Don't take icici lombard insurance they don't give claimed to anyone give only useless excuses.

Very poor service.... Customer support even don't know how to check policy data. I am having policy with all details but customer support said not able to get h data from system.... Now decided to go to other company..... Very poor.....
