After my 2w policy completed its term they dont bother to contact you or if you contact them they have a half hearted approach with nothing called as customer service attitude. Very lacksidal attitude. Watchout is my advice if you are smart.

most worst service,never visit again,no proper response from staff,neither proper location,since from last month I had request,but at the end nothing only waste of time,for me its better to clear all my emi ending,hope in future they will improve....

Worst and bad experience. Never buy their policy. Even the mistake is theirs. They just reply, we regret for the inconvenience caused. Very bad service

Staff is very supportive. I renewed my two wheeler policy here and paid nominal premium amount.

First off all I I gave 4 of 5 because of the staff behaviour specially ABDUL and DEBASHISH GIRI they did my work easier .....!! Thanks a lot

I don't even want to give single rating. I have been experienced worst customer support team who doesn't listen your problem and don't show eager to help you.
