• Customer Service:Greet customers warmly, provide samples of ice cream, assist with flavor selection, and answer questions about menu items.
• Order Fulfillment:Accurately scoop ice cream into cones, cups, and other containers, and prepare other menu items like sundaes and milkshakes.
• Cash Handling:Operate a cash register, process customer payments, and balance the cash drawer.
• Store Upkeep:Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning display cases, tables, and floors.
• Inventory Management:Restock ice cream flavors, cones, toppings, and other supplies as needed.
• Health and Safety:Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure food safety and a clean environment.
