Ice Cream Scooper

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Ice Cream Scooper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for serving ice cream and other desserts to customers, maintaining a clean and inviting service area, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Scoop and serve ice cream, sundaes and other dessert items according to portion and presentation standards.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, and issue receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the serving area, equipment, and utensils.
• Restock toppings, cones, cups, and other supplies as needed.
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
• Support team members during busy hours to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Positive attitude and a passion for serving customers.

Work Environment & Schedule:

• Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Uniform will be provided.
• Food allowance and accommodation available .
