Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in IT, with at least 8 years specializing in IBM technologies.
Strong expertise in IBM Integration Bus (IIB), IBM API Connect, IBM DataPower, and IBM MQ.
Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
Experience with other integration tools and technologies is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant IBM certifications are highly desirable.
