IBM BPM BAW Developer (Contract Position)

Job Title:

Position Summary:

We are hiring experienced IBM BPM / BAW Developers for contract roles across multiple locations in India. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in designing and developing business process workflows using IBM BPM/BAW, along with solid experience in business process modeling and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement business process workflows using IBM BPM/BAW.
  
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical BPM solutions.
  
• Develop process applications, human services, coaches, and integration services.
  
• Conduct unit testing and support SIT/UAT phases.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in BPM applications.
  
• Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  

Technical Skills Required:

• Proficiency in IBM BPM 8.x and/or IBM BAW.
  
• Experience with BPMN, Coach Views, REST APIs, and Integration Services.
  
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, Java, and web services.
  
• Strong understanding of UI development within BPM Coaches and Coach Views.
  
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
