Position: IBDP Hindi Teacher
Location: 10X International School, Bengaluru

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator for the role of Hindi Teacher for our International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IB Hindi teaching and a commitment to fostering global-mindedness, inquiry, and academic rigor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Hindi to IBDP students, preparing them for IB assessments and fostering advanced language skills.
• Develop lesson plans that align with IB curriculum requirements and school policies.
• Use a variety of pedagogical strategies to promote student engagement, critical thinking, and independent learning.
• Contribute to collaborative curriculum planning and departmental activities.
• Provide individual academic support and guidance to students.
• Participate actively in school events, parent communications, and professional development initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Hindi or related discipline.
• Valid teaching certification.

Required Experience:

• At least 3 years of IB Hindi teaching experience (IBDP preferred).
• IGCSE Hindi teaching experience or IB Hindi tutoring will also be considered.

Preferred Skills:

• Deep understanding of IB pedagogy, DP curriculum, and assessment standards.
• Experience with IGCSE Hindi curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to new teaching technologies and methodologies.
• Positive attitude with a growth mindset.

Compensation:
Salary and benefits as per school norms and candidate’s experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹80,000.00 per month
