div> IBDP ENGLISH TEACHER Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and experienced IBDP English Teacher to deliver engaging, student-centered instruction aligned with the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. The teacher will foster critical thinking, creativity, and academic excellence while supporting students holistic development. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality IBDP English (Language A) instruction Plan and deliver lessons based on IB curriculum and assessment standards Prepare students for all IB English components, including HL Essay and Individual Oral Use a variety of instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs Provide regular feedback, assess student progress, and maintain academic records Support students with Extended Essays and other interdisciplinary IB components Participate in collaborative planning, moderation, and school events Uphold IB philosophy, values, and academic honesty practices Contribute to co-curricular and school development activities Engage in continuous professional learning and IB training Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor s or Master s in English, Literature, or related field Valid teaching certification (B.Ed., PGCE, etc.) Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in an IB World School IB Category 1 or 2 training (preferred) Key Skills and Attributes: Strong command of English and subject matter expertise Excellent classroom management and communication skills Familiarity with IB learner profile and assessment methodology Adaptability, student focus, and commitment to professional growth Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment
