The role involves conducting accurate property valuations, preparing detailed valuation reports, performing site inspections, and ensuring compliance with IBBI and UAE regulatory standards. The position requires strong analytical skills, field experience, and the ability to coordinate with clients, banks, and internal teams.
Requirements:
IBBI Registered Valuer – Land and Building (mandatory)BE Civil or ArchitectureFour to five years of experience in land or property valuationGood knowledge of valuation methodologies and regulatory frameworksProficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills
Candidates with experience working with banks, NBFCs, or valuation consultancies will be preferred.
