Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mathematics Teacher to join our International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (IB MYP). The ideal candidate should have a solid background in teaching mathematics in IB schools, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and hold a B.Ed qualification. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and inquiry-based Mathematics lessons aligned with the IB MYP framework. Design unit plans, assessments, and learning activities using IB guidelines. Maintain accurate student records, prepare reports, and provide timely feedback. Utilize IB tools such as ManageBac for planning and assessment. Foster critical thinking, international-mindedness, and student-centered learning. Collaborate with colleagues in interdisciplinary planning and professional development. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mathematics or related field. B.Ed is mandatory . Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (MYP) . Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong classroom management and student engagement abilities. Proficient with educational technology and digital platforms. Desirable Qualities IB training or certification (MYP category training). Familiarity with international education best practices. Passion for holistic education and student development.
