Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IAM Subject Matter Expert (SME) located in Gurgaon. The IAM SME will be responsible for managing and enhancing identity and access management systems, ensuring secure and efficient access to resources. Daily tasks include developing and implementing IAM policies, conducting risk assessments, troubleshooting IAM issues, and collaborating with IT and security teams to maintain and improve IAM solutions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and solutions
• Experience in developing and implementing IAM policies and strategies
• Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and troubleshooting IAM issues
• Strong collaboration skills with IT and security teams
• Advanced knowledge of security protocols and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) are a plus
