As a Service Desk Lead in the Infrastructure Applications department, specializing in Active Directory, SCCM/Intune, Identity Access Management (IAM), and Privileged Identity Management (PIM), your role is vital for supporting IT infrastructure and security operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage Active Directory operations, including day-to-day tasks and gaining a fundamental understanding of its role in enterprise IT environments. - Handle SCCM & Intune tasks, such as monitoring compliance reports and collaborating with stakeholders for effective patch management. - Oversee Identity and Access Management (IAM) duties like user provisioning, access control management, troubleshooting authentication and authorization issues, supporting IAM policy implementation, and aiding in audit and compliance activities. - Provide Level 1 support for Privileged Identity Management (PIM) to ensure user access and permissions align with security standards and compliance requirements. **Qualifications Required:** - Basic knowledge of AD, SCCM, Intune, IAM, and PIM concepts. - Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - Eagerness to learn and contribute to IT infrastructure growth. - Ability to document processes and maintain audit readiness.
