iAM Operations Manager - SAP Cloud

Role Overview: As an IAM Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the internal IAM team within the broader IAM function, with a strong focus on managing IAM activities in SAP Cloud environments, particularly SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and BTP. You will ensure effective management of IAM activities and alignment with best practices. Additionally, you will act as an escalation point for complex identity and access management issues, providing subject matter expertise, guidance, and resolution. Your role will involve managing IAM capabilities, playbooks, and documentation, as well as working with business stakeholders to implement continuous improvements. Furthermore, you will lead the design and implementation of Business roles, personas, and authorizations within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will also include working with SAP, SailPoint, and other relevant vendors to address additional IAM requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Manage IAM capabilities, playbooks, and documentation - Lead the design and implementation of Business roles, personas, and authorizations - Act as an escalation point for complex IAM issues - Work with business stakeholders to implement continuous improvements - Coordinate with vendors to address additional IAM requirements - Oversee user provisioning and de-provisioning processes - Design and configure IDAM solutions/processes - Conduct regular access reviews and audits - Maintain and update SoD rule sets - Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement RBAC Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in IAM field - Experience in operational IAM security role or SAP IGA role - Extensive experience in SAP GRC PC/FCM implementation - Extensive experience in SAP/Cloud SAP-IAG module - Knowledge of SSO and MFA solutions - Understanding of security concepts in IAM space - Hands-on experience in enabling IAM controls in the Cloud - Ability to adapt communication style for different audiences - Experience in delivering high-quality information security services - Ability to navigate through complex security problems Additional Details: It would be advantageous if you can demonstrate: - Professional presentation and strong people skills - Credibility with senior staff and the trust of all staff - Possession of any technical security certification (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, AWS, SAN GIAC, Azure, GCP) (Note: Company details were not mentioned in the provided job description),
