HYPOPS_SHAMSHABAD PUD OPERATIONS

As an Operations Staff responsible for van pickup and delivery, your primary duties will include route wise loading of shipments with proper tally and delivering shipments to the correct customers. You will be required to follow the POD/FOD/DOD/COD process and maintain a delivery run sheet. It is essential to assign proper status codes for undelivered shipments and ensure to meet the Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) and achieve Service Quality (SQ) targets. Handing over COD/DOD/FOD on the same day and undelivered shipments to the supervisor is part of your responsibilities. You will also be involved in the appointment delivery process, maintaining a proper dress code, and adopting a customer-centric approach. For pickups, you are expected to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and ensure timely pickups at customer locations as per cut-off timings. Your responsibilities will include executing airwaybills, tallying shipments at customer sites as per invoices, and collecting relevant regulatory paperwork. Maintaining a pickup sheet and inspecting package conditions at the time of pickup are crucial tasks. Additionally, reaching locations promptly to facilitate timely connections is essential for this role.,
