Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Hybrid App Developer to design, develop, and maintain mobile applications that work seamlessly across multiple platforms, including iOS and Android. The ideal candidate will have expertise in hybrid app development frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin, and proficiency in web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You will collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality, user-friendly mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using hybrid frameworks (React Native, Flutter, Xamarin)
• Integrate mobile app functionalities with backend systems and APIs
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces
• Ensure consistent user experiences across different devices, platforms, and screen sizes
• Conduct thorough testing to identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and compatibility problems
• Work with quality assurance teams to ensure the highest application quality
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and load times
• Implement efficient data storage and retrieval techniques
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including app architecture, codebase, and APIs
• Coordinate with product managers to understand project requirements and deadlines
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in hybrid mobile app development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven experience in hybrid app development using frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin
• Proficiency in web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong understanding of mobile app design principles and UI/UX best practices
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative coding workflows
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of native mobile app development for iOS or Android
• Experience with backend development and API integration
