Hybrid Developer

As a Mobile Application Developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. You will write clean, maintainable, and efficient Dart code while implementing and maintaining state management. Collaborating with UI/UX designers, you will build user-friendly and visually appealing applications. Additionally, you will integrate third-party libraries, APIs, and cloud services such as Firebase, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL. Your role will also involve debugging, optimizing, and improving application performance. Following Agile methodologies, you will participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups. Ensuring applications are secure, scalable, and meet performance benchmarks will be crucial. It is essential to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mobile development to deliver high-quality applications. Must-have skills for this role include a strong understanding of Flutter and Dart, including widgets, animations, and best practices. Experience with at least one state management approach and knowledge of mobile app development life cycle, navigation, and performance optimization are required. Proficiency in API integration, version control using Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket, basic UI/UX knowledge, and debugging and testing skills are also essential. Additionally, having good-to-have skills such as basic knowledge of React and React Native, familiarity with backend development using Node.js & Express for API creation, understanding of database integration with mobile apps using MongoDB/MySQL, experience with Google Play & App Store deployment, knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for automating builds and deployments, and experience in consuming GraphQL APIs will be advantageous.
