About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Hardware Engineer with 49 years of experience to work on the design, development, and testing of electronic hardware products. You will be responsible for creating reliable and efficient hardware solutions, solving complex technical issues, and working closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop hardware circuits and PCB layouts for new products. Select components and create schematic designs using design tools (e.g., Altium, OrCAD). Perform hardware validation, testing, and debugging. Collaborate with software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams. Ensure designs meet performance, safety, and compliance standards. Document hardware designs, test plans, and reports. Support product development from concept to production. Identify and solve hardware issues during development and testing. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 49 years of hands-on experience in hardware design and development. Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design. Experience with PCB design, layout, and simulation tools. Familiarity with testing tools like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters. Understanding of EMI/EMC, thermal management, and design for manufacturability. Ability to read datasheets, understand technical specifications, and select components. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
