Role & responsibilities HVOF Coating Operations Operate and monitor HVOF coating systems as per defined process parameters. Prepare, mask, and clean components before coating to ensure desired surface finish and accuracy. Handle and apply appropriate coating materials (e.g., WC-Co, Cr3C2-NiCr, etc.) per job requirements. Maintain coating thickness, bonding, and uniformity as per engineering specifications.
