Job Title: HVAC Engineer / Supervisor

Location: Bangalore

Monthly Salary: As per industry Standard

Reports to: Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified HVAC Engineer / Supervisor to handle installation and supervision of HVAC systems at project sites. The ideal candidate must be technically sound and capable of managing day-to-day site activities and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise installation and commissioning of ducting, piping, AHUs, VRV/VRF, chillers, split ACs, etc.

Ensure implementation as per approved drawings and technical specifications.

Coordinate with MEP consultants, vendors, and internal teams.

Manage site manpower and track work progress.

Maintain daily progress reports and submit to the Project Manager.

Ensure safety, workmanship, and quality compliance at all stages.

Required Skills & Experience:

Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC specialization.

3–6 years of experience in HVAC site execution.

Sound understanding of HVAC design drawings and equipment.

Familiar with commissioning practices and troubleshooting.

Good communication and site management skills.
