Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee site activities, manage client interactions, and ensure smooth execution of HVAC installation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and prior experience in supervising teams for installation of VRF, Ductable, Cassette, and Split AC units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor HVAC installation works at project sites.
• Handle and guide technicians during installation of VRF, Ductable, Cassette, and Split AC systems.
• Coordinate with clients for site requirements, progress updates, and issue resolution.
• Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of projects.
• Prepare daily progress reports and share with management.
• Manage tools, materials, and manpower at sites.
• Travel across Kolkata & West Bengal for project supervision.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–5 years in HVAC installation & site supervision.
• Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or Mechanical (preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of AC system installation.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage site teams and ensure timely project delivery.
• Willingness to travel to different project sites.
