We are looking for a proactive and experienced HVAC Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at our project site in Choolaimedu. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of HVAC systems and have the ability to lead site activities with efficiency, accuracy, and a high level of professionalism. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems including ducting, piping, insulation, and equipment.
• Coordinate daily site activities and ensure smooth workflow with technicians, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Interpret HVAC drawings and ensure accurate implementation on site.
• Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure adherence to safety standards and project timelines.
• Manage material planning, inventory, and ensure timely availability at site.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and submit to the project engineer/manager.
• Identify on-site challenges and provide prompt solutions to avoid delays.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company policies and HSE protocols.
