HVAC Site Supervisor

Role

Taking care of all your heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Ensure that all installations are done in accordance to the set standards.
• Make sure that any loose wires are connected and secured properly.
• Ensure calibration of thermostats and other controls.
• Follow the work schedule discussed with Management team and get the work done by supervising site work and labours or workers or site team.
• Work execution as per final layout.
• Maintain tracker of used and balance material and share daily work progress report to Site Engineer.
• Able to read Interior layout and have proper knowledge of RAC/PAC/VRF systems.
• Guide Technician properly and get work done from them on time and with accuracy.

The Person

• He should be good at supervision and punctual to achieve the decided schedule.

Education and Industry Exposure

• Any Graduate
• Some experience with operations and maintenance of any kind of air conditioning systems like Split Air Conditioner, Ductable Air Conditioners, Packaged Air Conditioner, Cassette AC, VRF AC etc.
• Communication: Must speak Hindi or English and the local language spoken at their site location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
