HVAC SITE MANAGER/ENGINEER

Responsibilities

· Managing site operations, processes, and productivity of site manpower.

. Review of drawing/documents at site proper planning and scheduling of site activities on regular basis.

· Compiling estimates for technical and material requirements time to time as per site requirements for to expedite site erection works.

·  Co ordination with subcontractors for site erection works.

. Preparation of statutory documents as per project requirements.

· Handling billing, documentation, and correspondence with clients.

· Testing & Commissioning.

· Interacting with clients and collaborating to meet expectations.

· Creating plans and providing information for construction crews to work efficiently.

· Directing and supervising a team on a day-to-day basis and coordinating their schedules.

· Providing technical support and training to technicians while working at site and ensuring timely

project completion.

· Overseeing the day-to-day safety precautions being followed by site erection crew member at the time of site works.

· Ensuring quality of works being executed by site crew members

. Ensuring the attendance of site manpower, preparing the wage sheets and all HR compliances as per project requirement. 

· Identifying and addressing technical issues in a timely and efficient manner to Office and factory if any improvement is required for quality of products.

Qualifications

B. tech / diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering

Previous working experience of minimum 2-3 years
