HVAC Service Engineer

To carry out fault diagnosis, repairs, servicing of VRF system, Chiller System, DX System, and associated ancillaries on customer sites and in the workshop. You will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, including fault finding, testing, repair, and preventative maintenance of mechanical building services equipment. Ensuring engineering standards are maintained to maximize the operational effectiveness and reliability of the plant and associated systems is a key aspect of this role. Coordinating with specialist OEM service teams and adhering to Company QA and site procedures are essential. Health & Safety procedures must be followed at all times, along with maintaining accurate site records/documentation. You will be required to inspect the condition of services and proactively handle call-outs and repairs as necessary. Tasks will be carried out in typical plant room environments and at high levels, working from platforms and ladders with provided access and PPE. Keeping and maintaining all Company issued tools in a safe and serviceable manner is crucial. Proactively contributing to the success and support of the contract with a positive approach, complying with Integrals Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures, and completing any other associated tasks requested by management are also part of the responsibilities.
