Liquid Cooling Project Engineer / Senior Engineer

We are looking for highly motivated HVAC & Liquid Cooling Project Engineers to design, develop, and implement advanced liquid cooling systems for Data Centres. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in thermal management, HVAC piping design, and project execution.

Roles AvailableEngineer: 3 to 5 years of experienceSenior Engineer: 5 to 8 years of experience

Assistant Manager: 8 to 10 years of experience

Manager: 10 to 15 years of experience

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution:
Lead and manage liquid cooling system projects from concept to completion.Participate in project meetings, provide technical inputs, and ensure smooth coordination with cross-functional teams (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing).Review and approve designs for accuracy, quality, and compliance.Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.Execute HVAC chilled water piping, plumbing, and fire line piping works, including primary & secondary pumps, thermal storage, accessories, and control systems.

Design & Development:
Design and develop chilled water piping systems pipe sizing, layout, and material selection.Perform hydraulic calculations and analysis for optimal system performance.Develop 2D/3D CAD models and engineering drawings using AutoCAD, Creo, and Revit.

Testing & Validation:
Create and execute test plans to validate cooling performance.Analyze test data, troubleshoot issues, and refine designs.Ensure adherence to industry standards and safety guidelines.Service & OperationsApply strong fundamentals in heat transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.Integrate control systems and sensors into designs.Lead preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and field support activities.Mentor and support team members for technical growth.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Piping Engineering, or related field.Strong knowledge of piping codes and standards (e.g., ASHRAE, ASME).Proficiency in piping design software (AutoCAD, Revit, CAESAR II).Familiarity with BIM workflows and sustainable, energy-efficient design principles.Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.Certifications such as PE, CPD or equivalent (preferred).
